Investment Analyst

Erik is an Investment and Acquisition Analyst and in charge of sourcing, analyzing and negotiating commercial real estate deals, mostly hotels, for 44 Oak Capital’s acquisitions. Erik also works with support and marketing staff on drafting and developing hotel deal pitch decks. Erik earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Entrepreneurship from High Point University in North Carolina where he found his passion for investments and real estate. Erik also has property management experience as a Leasing Agent for Garden Communities (400+ multifamily residential rental units) in New Jersey, where he was in charge of boosting occupancy rates to maximize returns for all investors. Erik is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey and am an active golf player.
